Route of the Valleys

The all-terrain lorries take the visitor through the Route of the Valleys. The adventure begins with a drive through the wild territories that shelter species of Asian, Eurasian, American and African origin, seeing American Bison, Kulan, European Bison, Camels and Dromedaries just a few metres distance from the vehicle... and, further on, the route passes through Ravine of the Bears, Tiger Gorge and Lion Hill. At the end of this route is the Africa's Window, the highest part of the park and a privileged spot from which to view Selwo, the Malaga coastline, Gibraltar and, on clear days, the African coast. In addition, the Rafiki Path or the Path of the Hanging Bridges sets off from this enclave of incomparable beauty, a walking route which unites Africa's Window with the Central Village. This Path crosses part of the Route of the Valleys, following perfectly signed paths and three hanging bridges which hover above the Park and offer incredible views of this wild territory and the fauna that inhabits it.
